Recipe's preparation
Place caster sugar and chocolate in TMX bowl and mill for 20 seconds on speed 9. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add milk, cream, vanilla paste, egg yolks and cornflour and cook for 15 minutes at 90 deg, speed 3 with MC in place.
