Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place the almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds and oats into the Thermomix bowl and grind 10 sec on speed 9.
Add the dates and chop 30 sec on speed 6.
Place the psyllium husks, cacao powder, Rice malt syrup and ginger into the bowl and mix to combine for 10 sec on speed 6.
Shape the mixture into bite sized balls, mixture will look dry but comes together easily when squeezed together in your hand and rolled into a ball. Toss in the desiccated coconut to coat.
Store in the fridge.
Suitable for TM5 & TM31 users.

I used 80g Rice Malt Syrup and substituted Psyllium husks with herb tea mixture. All nuts and seeds can exchanged for other nuts and seeds, keeping quantities the same.

Great recipe, I don't bother with the rice syrup, think its sweet enought with the dates, I sometimes add peppermint essence (just because I like the taste) and like to think they are after dinner chocolate mints!
