Donna Hay Molten Choc Chunk Brownies

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Prepare pan with baking paper.
    Preheat oven to 160°C or 140°C fan forced.

    Chop butter into small pieces. Add to TM Closed lid bowl.
    Melt butter speed 2, 50 °C, 4 mins (until melted)
  2. Add all other ingredients (except 125g chocolate), mix on speed 3, 40 sec until combined.
  3. Add the chocolate and mix 10-20 sec, Counter-clockwise operation, speed 3
  4. Pour into prepared pan and cook for 50 Minutes until brownie is set.
  5. Cool in pan for 5 minutes befoe serving.

Tip

Can add any chocolate to this.
Caramilk is nice and raspberries.
Brownie is ready when top feels set to touch.
Keep in airtight container for up to 1 week.
Peanut butter is also nice swirled through.
