Easy Strawberry Cheesecake IceCream

Ingredients

Ice Cream

  • 250 gram strawberries
  • 250 grams Philly Cream Cheese Light Block
  • 600 grams Thickened Crean
  • 395 grams Sweetened Condesed Milk

Recipe's preparation

    ICE CREAM
  1. 1. Add Cream cheese on Speed 3 for 20 seconds. (If not using light philly take out of fridge for 20 mins before this step.)

  2. 2. Add strawberries. 5 seconds, speed 5

     

    SET ASIDE

  3. 3. Use butterfly. Add cream and condensed milk. 4 mins speed 3. You will need to keep an eye on it as I've found different brands can give different results but it should thicken up and look smooth, a bit like a thick shake. 

  4. 4. Add strawberry mixture back in. Speed 4, 5 seconds

  5. 5. Pour into container and freeze overnight.

     

    Take out 10-15 minutes before serving

    Very tasty, and easy to make. It does take a few minutes to soften so you can serve it but it was gobbled up by everyone tmrc_emoticons.)
