      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

When finished it is like a mousse but once frozen it turns into a really nice light ice cream and my kids love it. If you like it sweeter just add more sugar.

I even added baby spinach once and a little more sugar as my son wanted Hulk ice cream and it was a huge hit!

Amazing! Used aquafaba (brine from a can of chickpeas) instead of egg white and it worked a treat! Lovely easy dairy, egg, gluten free!

    Delicious Regards,
