Egg Free Blueberry Pancakes

  • 200 grams plain flour
  • 300 grams Milk
  • 3 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Bi Carb
  • blueberries

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place milk and lemon juice into the bowl and let sit for a min to start to curdle.

    2. Add the remaining ingredients (except the blueberries) to the bowl.

    3. Mix ingredients 5 seconds/ speed 6 until just combined.

    4. Add blueberries and mix Counter-clockwise operation 5 seconds/ speed 4.

    5. Cook with butter in a hot pan until bubbles stop coming to the surface. Flip and cook for another minute or until you are happy.
