Festive Nougat

Festive Nougat

  • 1 egg white
  • 450 grams honey
  • 60 grams Raw, unsalted pistachios or almonds
  • 60 grams dried cranberries
  • 2 Sheets confectionary rice paper

Recipe's preparation

  1. Line a baking dish or small tart tray about 20cm & 1rnch deep with a sheet of rice paper

    Attach butterfly

    Add egg white & honey into bowl 45min 90° sp2 MC off

    Add pistachios/almonds & cranberries 10sec sp3

    Pour mixture into chosen lined dish & place the second sheet of rice paper on top. Place in fridge to set for 30-60min

    Slice into 1.5 inch wide lengths (dip knife in hot water & dry between each slice) & then into bite sized pieces if you like & enjoy!

    Optional: Add a pinch of cinnamon & clove for a Christmassy fragrance & taste
