Doubled this recipe but used others suggestions of 15g sugar & 5g vanilla per batch & they were great. I had them sitting for an hr after mixing & they were light & fluffy. Quite a thin batter though. If you like thicker pancakes use less milk.

Ive made these four or five times now. They are great! So easy to make and not a long resting period either. They are not that thick, more like Maccas hotcakes thickness but are still light and fluffy and our family loves them thank you!

Yum. I've tried a few Thermie pancake recipes now, and this one is my fave. Added some blueberries to the mix at the end, mixed in on reverse for a few seconds.

This recipe makes lovely pancakes - perfect every time. AND it is a great base recipe if you want to get creative. I've added 2 blitzed green apples for apple pancakes, a couple of ripe bananas for banana pancakes or chocolate chips for something sweet. Yum!

I have never posted on this forum but felt I had to for this pancake recipe. This recipe worked first time and was the best pancake/hotcake recipe I have ever made. The kids loved them and it is now at the top of our list of best pancake recipes. I did reduce the sugar to 25g and vanilla but everything else the same.

Thanks all for the great
Thanks all for the great feedback! We do like ours quite vanilla-y. I should have put "or to taste" as part of that ingridient because it is quite a bit of vanilla. Thanks so much!!!!

These burnt easily, so I had to cook them on a med-low heat for great pancakes. They were not fluffy as in sky high thick pancakes, but rather fluffy as in the texture. Once I got thetemerature right they reminded e of Hotcakes. I used a 1/3C measuring cup for the pancakes, it made 7 pancakes.
Perfect pancake recipe!!
