Gingerbread 'Pudding' Bliss Balls
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
- 50 grams walnuts
- 35 grams raw almonds
- 220 grams medjool dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon organic molasses
- 1 teaspoon Raw Honey
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Clove
- 1 pinch celtic Salt
- cranberries, dried
- pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
Recipe's preparation
Grind cacao nibs, walnuts and almonds for 10-20 seconds at speed 9. (Depending on desired consistency)
Add medjool dates and grind 10-20 seconds at speed 9. (Depending on desired consistency)
Add remaining ingredients and combine 10-15 seconds at speed 7, until mixture comes together.
Roll into walnut sized balls and decorate with cranberries and pepitas.
