Gingerbread 'Pudding' Bliss Balls

  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 35 grams raw almonds
  • 220 grams medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon organic molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Clove
  • 1 pinch celtic Salt
  • cranberries, dried
  • pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

Recipe's preparation

    Gingerbread 'Pudding' Bliss Balls
  1. Grind cacao nibs, walnuts and almonds for 10-20 seconds at speed 9. (Depending on desired consistency)

  2. Add medjool dates and grind 10-20 seconds at speed 9. (Depending on desired consistency)

  3. Add remaining ingredients and combine 10-15 seconds at speed 7, until mixture comes together.

  4. Roll into walnut sized balls and decorate with cranberries and pepitas.
