Gluten and Sugar Free Raw Carrot Cake Balls

Ingredients

20 piece(s)

  • 100g grams Quinoa flakes or gluten free oats
  • 100 grams Carrots, chunks
  • 30 grams flaxseed or chia seed oil
  • 20 grams Rice malt syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place quinoa flakes or gluten free oats with carrots in bowl and blitz on speed 6 for 2 seconds. 

    Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix on speed 4 for 10 seconds and then increase to speed 6 for 2-3 seconds.

    Use a teaspoon to scoop out mixture and roll into balls.

    i didnt love the taste but my 20month old does so its a keeper. added extra 10g rice malt syrup, currants and protein powder. thanks for posting.
