Gluten Free Chocolate Crackles

Here's what you need

  • 60 g Rapadura, raw, natural cane, coconut or similar sugar
  • 250 g Copha
  • 80 g dark chocolate 70%, gluten & dairy free
  • 30 g Cacao, or guten & dairy free coco
  • 160 g rice puffs, gluten free
  • 80 g Organic Desiccated Coconut, or shredded
  • 2 tbsp 100s and 1000s, optional for decoration

Recipe's preparation

    To make chocolate crackles
  1. Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill for 10 sec / speed 9.

    Transfer to a bowl and set aside

    Roughly break up copha and chocolate into mixing bowl and grate for 5-10 sec / speed 8

    Melt for 4 mins / 90 degrees / speed 3 or until smooth liquid consistancey

    Add cacao, coconut, rice puffs and sugar to bowl and combine 5-10 sec / Counter-clockwise operation / speed 3-4

    Spoon into cup cake cases

    Decorate with gluten free 100's & 1000's (optional)

  3. Put into the fridge until set (approx 30 mins)

These are great for kid's parties. They are super tasty and cater for a number of food allergies. 


If making bars, wrap in foil for school treats. freezes well.
