If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1.Grease two cake bar tins, line bases with baking paper
2. Put marshmallow, turkish delight, almonds and pistachios and almonds into TM bowl."Closed lid"
3. Turbo 1-2 secs until coarsely chopped.
4. Remove from TM Bowl and put aside.
5. Add in chocolate, broken into pieces. Grate 10 sec/speed 8
Melt chocolate for 5mins/50C/speed 3.
6. Add in chopped nuts, marshmallows and turkish delight, mix "Counter-clockwise operation" 20sec/speed 3.
7. Working quickly, spread into prepared pans and push down firmly to flatten the top.
8. Refrigerate until set.
9. Remove from pan and slice.

This is great, but if you are
This is great, but if you are going to toast the marshmallows let them cool first. don't make the mistake I did and try to chop it up warm!!! Gooey mess. I saved it tho and it turned out great
