Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add milk and vinegar to mixing bowl and combine speed 2, 5 secs.

  2. Insert butterfly whisk. Add butter, sugar and egg. Combine on speed 3, 20 seconds.

  3. Add flour and bi-carb. Mix speed 4, for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with spatula. Mix for another 1 minute, speed 4.

  4. Remove butterfly whisk before pouring. Heat a frypan over the stove on medium heat and coat pan with a small amount of butter.

  5. Pour in pancake batter to desired size. Cook until bubbles form and then flip. Continue cooking until cooked through. Remove from the pan and continue adding batches until batter is gone. Ensure to re-coat fry pan with butter in between batches.

  6. Serve with maple syrup and ice-cream.
