If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add 100g suggar into the glass 10s/10speed
Add the rest of the ingredients 9min/90degrees/4speed
When time is up 22sec/8speed
Once finished, pour the natillas into individual scoops sprinkle cinnamon on top and add a coockie
Let cool for 30 min and put in the refrigerator.
Serve cold

Wow this AMAZING - I especially like the biscuit on top, I only had ginger nuts and may have got a little heavy handed with the cinnamon but still so light & delicious. Thank you for a great recipe!
