If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place Cacao butter in bowl.
Grind if needed for 10 secs Sp9
Scrape down sides of bowl.
Melt for 2mins on 50deg Sp 2
Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix for 20secs Sp 6, or until well combined
Pour into container 20cm by 10cm- lined with plastic wrap
Refridgerate for at least 2hours before cutting into squares. Place in freezer for quick set at half the time

Tip
Peanut butter may be swapped for any Nut butter
of choice and even Hulled Tahini as a nut free version
Stevia powder may be swapped for Xylitol or other sugar free sweetener of choice

Major fail. Followed instructions and it separated...
Major fail. Followed instructions and it separated into a disgusting mess. Tried to blend it all but would not happen. Big waste of expensive ingredients.
