Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Mill the Sunflower Seeds (and/or Pepitas) and Chia Seeds for 8 seconds, speed 9.
- Add all other ingredients, and blend for 30 seconds, speed 8 (or until well blended). Mixture should stick well together when pressed into a ball.
- Use a heaped teaspoon amount, and roll into balls. Store in fridge for a few weeks, or freezer for a few months.

So quick and easy to make. They are delicious. I love tthe fact they are nut free so kids can take to school and they have the seeds in them to give them extra protein and fibre.

These are great! Personally I’ll reduce the chia seeds to 30g and I also added 30g of craisins. I used flaked coconut because it’s what I had and I never read the instructions, threw it all in and blitzed for about 50 sec! My kids, husband and I really enjoyed them! Thank you! First nut free bliss balls that don’t feel like something is missing!
