Ingredients

Mixture

  • 120 grams Raw Cashew Nuts, Activated
  • 120 grams raw almonds, Activated
  • 300 grams Medjool Dates - Pitted
  • 80 grams shredded coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin Cocount oil
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla extact
  • 60 grams chocolate chips, OPTIONAL

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add both cashews & almonds to the bowl and mill for 5 secs on speed 6.

  2. Add dates and mix on speed 7 secs on speed 7.

  3. Add coconut, oil, vanilla and chololate (if using) and mix for 6 secs on speed 2.

Tip

If activating nuts, soak overnight (min 7 hours) in 1 tbs of sea salt and filtered water (enough to cover nuts).
