Ingredients

Bliss balls

  • 1 Rind of preserved lemon, Chopped finely
  • 1 tsp Liquid from preserved lemons
  • 50 g raw cashews
  • 50 g raw almonds
  • 50 g pitted dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 60 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 30 g Maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Desiccated Coconut, For rolling

Recipe's preparation

    Bliss balls
  1. Add all ingredients to TM bowl.
  2. With dial on closed lid position Closed lid, press turbo for 1 second. Repeat.
  3. Scrape down bowl. Repeat step above to combine mixture.
  4. Add dessicated coconut to a plate. Using wet hands, roll dough into bite-size balls and then roll in coconut to cover.
  5. Keep in fridge and enjoy!

Tip

Preserved lemons can be made and kept in fridge until needed. Also good for Moroccan cooking. Adds a lemon taste without the tartness. Instructions can be found here: http://nourishedkitchen.com/morrocan-preserved-lemons/
