- 140 grams macadamia nuts

- 75 grams sunflower seeds
- 45 grams Coconut, shredded or dessicated
- 2 tbsp chia seeds

- 1 tbsp coconut oil

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
- Place dates, nuts, seeds, coconut and zest in bowl and blend for 20 seconds, speed 8
- scrape down and repeat if necessary
- Add lemon juice, coconut oil and vanilla. Blend for 20 seconds, speed 4 or until mixtues comes together nicely.
- Shape into balls or press into slice tray. Refrigerate or freeze then serve.
