Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingredients in the bowl, mix at 70 degrees, speed 4 for 3 minutes.
If you can see the mixture gets glossy and creamy, then place butterfly whisk and mix further 2 minutes at 70 degrees at speed 3 to make sure there are no Powderly part left. ( very important!)
Add vanilla essence and mix 20 seconds at speed 3.
Cool down a bit before poring into the glass jars into 5-6 portions. Let it set over 4 hours in the fridge before serving.
Serve with maple syrup or fresh fruits or whipped cream.

Tip
You can use Corn starch instead of potato starch. Less starch makes softer setting.
You can adjust to your liking.
You can swap coconut milk to full cream and if you don't have green tea powder, it's real blancmange!! ( Blanc = white, mange= eat)
