- 100g Malteser’s
- 1 level teaspoons golden syrup
- 75g cubes Butter
- 200g --- milk chocolate
- 3 cups --- Cornflakes

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
grease and line a square baking tray apron 20cm deep
place 100g of Maltesers into bowl with Mc turn to 5seconds on speed 5
add butter and golden syrup to bowl
melt on 60 degrees speed 2 for 3 mins
add cornflakes (can add extra crushed maltesers if you like)
mix on reverse speed 2 for 15 seconds
place mixture into square tin and flatten down the top and place in the fridge
place chocolate melts into Tm5 Bowl make sure the bowl is clean and dry
melt on 50degrees at speed 3 for 2-3minutes scrap down bowl if need to
place melted chocolate over the slice and place back into fridge to set
cut into required slices
