      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl 

    With lid and measuring cup in place, blend for 90 seconds on speed 10 (starting at speed 5 and increasing speed to 10)

    Check that all frozen fruit has been puréed, blend for a further 30 seconds to remove lumps if required.

    Check taste and add extra cinnamon if required.

    Place in freezer in a zip lock bag for a couple of hours 

    Once frozen, blend again in the Thermomix for 2 min, speed 9

Tip

You can eat the mixture before freezing it if you can't wait for it to freeze tmrc_emoticons.;)

    Fantastic.  When you freeze it, use ice cube tray or somethin, so that its not in a big block.
