      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  1. 1. Place frozen mango in mixing bowl and crush 15 sec/speed 8
    2. Add coconut milk and blend 40 sec/speed 5
    3. Insert butterfly whisk and whip 30 sec/speed 3

    Really enjoyed this! I used coconut cream to make it extra nommy, but it really didn't improve it. The original recipe works better.

    i found my bowl needed scraping down a couple of times and first step repeated, but I used fresh mango that I froze myself in a deep freeze.
