- 60 g sunflower seeds
- 60 g pumpkin seeds
- 300 g rolled oats

- 1. Place coconut flakes in TM Bowl & chop 30sec/sp7 set aside
2. Place Almonds & walnuts in TM bowl & chop 2sec/sp7 set aside
3. Place sesame seeds, linseed, cinnamon & nutmeg in TM bowl & chop 30 sec/Sp8
4. Place sunflower & pumpkin seeds in TM bowl & chop 10 sec/sp7
5. Return coconut & nuts to ingredients in TM bowl & mix 30ses/
"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp2
6. Store in an airtight container
Tip
Serve with yogurt and stewed rhubarb or fruit.
