Mum's Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

Truffle Mixture

  • 250 g Packet Arrow Root biscuits
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 80 g Shreded coconut, plus extra for dusting
  • 3 tbsp cocoa

Recipe's preparation

    Creating the mix
  1. Place the arrowroot biscuits into the TM bowl.

    Crush buscuits into fine crumbs for 5 seconds speed 8. Repeat if necessary. Scrape down the side of the bowl.

    Add the rest of the ingredients.

    Mix for 5-10 seconds speed 7 or until ingredients are well blended.

    Measure out slightly heaped tablespoons of mixture into the palm of your hand.

    Shape into balls and roll in extra coconut.

    Place in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour.

    Enjoy with friends/family around a cuppa.

Tip

Listen to the torque of the TM motor. When you hear the torque begin to drop, it's an indication that the mix is ready.
