- 180 g sweetened condensed milk
- 70 g golden syrup
- 1 cup flaked almonds
Chocolate topping
- 250 g Block Hazelnut chocolate
- 60 g Copha

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Line a regular size slice tin with baking paper, leaving a generous overhang.
Crush the biscuits 6secs/sp5.
Set aside in a large bowl and combine with the almonds.
Melt the butter, condensed milk and syrup 5mins/60°C/sp3.
Return the biscuit/ nut mixture,
20secs/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp3.
Press evenly into the prepared pan.
Place in the fridge to firm up.
Melt the chocolate and copha
3-4mins/60°C/ sp3/"Counter-clockwise operation"
Spread evenly over the base and place in the fridge to firm up.

This is super easy and brings back memories of my Mum making this. Instead of using copha I used 1 tbsp of coconut oil to melt the chocolate..perfect!!
