Ingredients

Custard

  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 70 grams plain flour
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 600 grams Milk
  • Lemon Rind, grated to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into Thermomix and mix for 7 - 10 minutes depending on consistency, 90° speed 4.

Tip

Custrad will thicken as it cools.

Can be enjoyed on its own or with warm cake or fresh berries

    I've been making this regularly for my children. I leave out the lemon and put vanilla essence instead. The floury taste goes away after it's been refrigerated over night. My kids love it! Lately I've been adding in a little caramilk chocolate as a treat and it's soooo nice!
