- 60 g sunflower seeds
- 60 g Pepita Seeds
- 1 level tbsp chia seeds
- 1 level tbsp seeds, hemp
- 1 level tbsp cacao powder, raw
- 140 g medjool dates

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place sunflowers and pepitas in the bowl 5sec Sp6
- Place hemp, chia, cacao, dates and cranberries in the bowl 6sec Sp5.5.
- Your mix needs to be sticky enough to roll balls. If it is too dry...leave TM on
Sp 5.5, take off MC and add small splashes of H2O at a time to achieve sticky consistency. - Roll into balls and coat in coconut.
