      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into thermomix bowl.

    mix 30sec speed 9.

    scrape down sides of bowl

    repeat 20-30 secs til thoroughly mixed and ingredients hold together when pinched.

    roll mixture into balls, then into flour if desired

Tip

For added crunch, add the rice bubbles after Mixing thoroughly, then mix in Counter-clockwise operation mode for 20-30 secs

For a minty version, add a few drops of food grade peppermint oil to taste
