Ingredients

10 portion(s)

  • 110 grams raw sugar, Milled
  • 650 grams ice
  • 3 Lemons peeled and quartered
  • 2 Navel Oranges, peeled and quarted

Recipe's preparation

    Mill sugar and peel and quarter citrus.
  1. Place suger into mixing bowl and mill for 10 sec / speed 9

    Add fruit and half of ice and blend for 20 sec increasing to speed 10

    wipe down the sides then add remaining iice lend for 1 minute increasing to speed 10

Could add Vodka according to taste for an adults only version.

    Thanks so much - it became very delicious 'slurpie' on a hot day! I halved the recipie, one orange, one lemon, 40g sugar and 320g ice, it made a tasty mix of sweet and tangy.
