Recipe's preparation
- * Place eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt into thermomix.
* Mix for 20 secs speed 2.
* Add the flour, milk and water in.
* Mix for 20/30 secs on speed 6. Scape down sides and mix again if need be.
Note: if mixture seems too thick add more water and mix again. - * Heat a crepe/flat pan up on a medium to low heat with just a couple of drops of oil to stop crepes from sticking.
* Using a ladle pour some batter into the middle of the pan and quickly spread the batter over the base of the pan.
* Once edges are brown - a couple of minutes. Flip your crepe over and brown on the other side.
* When both sides are done, turn out crepe onto a plate and then repeat the steps again until you have used up all the batter.
Note: There is no need to grease the pan between each crepe. Only once in a while. - Use Nutella, jam or any other filling you like. I personally like to make mine with crushed walnuts mixed with some castor sugar
Croatian Filling
My mum mixes farm cheese, an egg and some sugar together. Then place some of the mixture onto the crepe and roll it up. Once all of them are filled and placed into a baking dish. Using a spoon, spread some sour cream over the top of the crepes and bake in the oven. Then serve it hot.
