      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add Almonds and Sunflower Seeds to the bowl and mill for 20 seconds on speed 9

    2. Add Dates, Coconut Oil, Coconut, Cacao and Chia Seeds and mill for 20 seconds on Speed 9

    3. Add Goji berries and combine 20 seconds Counter-clockwise operation speed 3

    4. Press ingredients into the snack bar mould (Can roll into balls or use another mould)

    5. Place in freezer to set quickly (Approx 5 mins) remove from mould and store in fridge
