THERMOMIX ® RECIPE
- 4 ripe bananas, peeled, broken in half and frozen solid (I freeze them overnight)
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 10 g Avocado Oil, optional

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and blend 5 sec/speed 9. Scrape down sides of bowl
2. Blend a further 5 sec/speed 9. Scrape down sides of bowl
3. Combine 10 sec/speed 5
This ice cream is delicious served immediately but it can be frozen and used later. If this is the case, remove from freezer and leave in the fridge to soften for at least an hour.
