      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Sorry Kia Rose, I have tried to add a comment a couple of times but it doesn't want to save. I add the avocado oil to increase the amount of fat in the dish. You could make this without the oilSmile

Sorry Kia Rose - I didn't see your comment. The avocado oil just increases the amount of healthy fat. The oil has a very subtle flavour too so you can't taste it. You could easily leave it out tmrc_emoticons.)
