  • 30 grams cacoa powder
  • 60 grams banana

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. Put cashews into bowl and mill for 10 secs / speed 9. Scrape down sides of bowl.

  2. Add dates and chop for 10 sec / speed 9.

  3. Add ice cubes and chop for 30 sec / speed 10. With aid of the spatula.

  4. Add cacoa powder, banana and avocado and mix for 30 sec / speed 8. With aid of the spatula. Scrape down sides of bowl.

  5.  

    Insert butterfly whisk and egg white [optional] 30 sec / speed 4.

  6. Serve immediately with fresh strawberries. Can be refridgerated overnight and enjoyed the next day.

Sweeten with 100% maple syrup if desired.
