  • 100 g Pistachio, Walnuts and Chopped Almonds, Mixed Nuts of your choice, approx. total
  • 200 g medjool dates pitted, (approx. 12-16)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 100 g Shredded Organic Coconut, To roll balls on

Recipe's preparation

    Steps
  1. 1.     Line a small/medium slice tin with baking paper.

    2.     Add dates TM bowl, speed 6, 3 secs form coarse crumbs.

    3.     Add nuts and Cacoa powder, speed 5, 10 secs

    4.     Add some more dates if the mix is not sticky enough or more nuts if to sticky.

    5.     The crumbs should have started to come together in a light sticky mass.

    6.     Take prefered size portion and roll into a ball and roll in Shredded coconut

    7.  Refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Tip

- Cacao powder can be quite strong so you don't need that much
