- 1 can chilled carnation milk
- 250 grams passion fruit

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Chill 1 can of carnation milk.
Make up the Jelly (I used Raspberry but can use any flavour, Passion fruit/Mango would also be good) with 1 cup of boiling water instead of 2 cups. Leave on bench to cool but not set.
Prepare passionfruit, fresh, canned or frozen. I used 250grams of passion fruit because I had a lot to use up, but I'm sure it would be fine with even half this amount.
Place butterfly in Thermomix and keep in for the entire time, put carnation milk in.
Whip on speed 4 for 1min 20secs.
Pour in the cooled Jelly then whip on speed 4 for 10 seconds.
Now add the passsion fruit on speed 4 for 1 minute.
Now pour into bowl and allow to set in fridge.
