- 500 grams frozen rockmelon, cut into 3 cm chunks
- 9 pieces fresh passionfruit (pulp only), do not freeze
- 1/4 cup of Stevia
- 1 Whole egg
- 1 cup greek yoghurt

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Into "Closed lid" place frozen rockmelon. Blend on speed 8 for 10 seconds. Scrape down sides.
Add stevia, whole egg, greek yoghurt to "Closed lid" and blend on speed 5 for 30 seconds with aid of spatula. Continue this process until smooth
Add passionfruit and mix by hand using spatula in the "Closed lid"
Serve in a glass with a dollop or whipped cream and a teaspoon of Berry Coulis and cinnamon on top for colour.

Tip
This mixture gets a little sticky so work the spatula well in the "Closed lid" . If you like you can add more yoghurt to taste
Ensure you add the fresh passionfruit pulp by hand at the end of blending.
