Tip

Try playing around with other vegetables being added to your sorbet. It is a great way to sneak veggies into your kids.
The carrot in this recipe gives the sorbet an incredible vibrant colour, which my kids love!

  • Took about 40 sec to get it

Took about 40 sec to get it to blend without stopping. It stopped about 5-10 times.  From about 50 sec down it went continuously. Kids thought it was too cold but they might drink it later.  My kids are 2 and 3, so still young.  Husband and I ate our portions and I thought it was a little too watery and could have used more fruit and less ice.  Not sure what to do with the left overs?  Drink it probably.

We made this sorbet at my TMX demo, it's great!  Next time I'm going to add a bit of fresh mint too.
