Raspberry Bircher

Ingredients

2 portion(s)

Bircher

  • 160 grams oats
  • 360 grams Almond milk
  • 5 grams chia seeds
  • 60 grams Quinoa flakes
  • 60 grams walnuts

Raspberry Sauce

  • juice of lemon
  • 1/2 star anise
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 240 grams frozen raspberries

Recipe's preparation

    For Bircher
  1. Combine all ingredients except walnuts in a TM bowl 10secs/speed 2/counter-clockwise operation  and place in fridge overnight.


     

  2. For Raspberry Sauce
  3. Place all ingredients in TM bowl and heat at 80 C/5 - 7 mins/speed 1 until there is a good sauce base. 


    Take Star anise out


    Serve with Bircher.

Can Serve with any type of sauce 

Can be frozen but it's not as nice.
