- 240 grams frozen raspberries

Recipe's preparation
Combine all ingredients except walnuts in a TM bowl 10secs/speed 2/ and place in fridge overnight.
Place all ingredients in TM bowl and heat at 80 C/5 - 7 mins/speed 1 until there is a good sauce base.
Take Star anise out
Serve with Bircher.
