      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Soak dates in warm water

    Pit after draining

  2. Combine almonds, cashews, lindseed/flaxseed. Roughly chop 5sec/speed 6Set aside

  3. Place dates, apple and cinnamon in bowl.Combine 15sec/speed 10

  4. Add nut mixture to dates and apples.Combine 5sec/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 3

  5. Take table spoon sized heaps out, and roll into balls.Chill before serving

Tip

If you would like your nuts chunkier, combine dates and apple first, then add nuts and combine 20sec/speed 8

    cinnamon is very overpowering, 5gms is way too much. and it needs a bit more mixing in the last step, but other that that I think they work well
