If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Add cashews and coconut to bowl
5 sec/speed 9/MC on
Mixture should resemble crumbly flour
2. Add remaining ingredients
10 sec/speed 5/MC on
Mixture should still be crumbly and not too sticky
3. Squish desired amount between fingers to bring together and roll into balls
4. Place in fridge to set
Makes around 20 small sized balls

Tip
1. Honey can be substitued for rice malt syrup
2. Cacao can be left out for Mint Cream bliss balls, just as delicious!
