Raw Chocolate in 4 steps

  • 250 grams cacao butter
  • 70 grams cacao powder
  • 100 grams honey
  • pinch celtic Salt
  • 1 heaped teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

    Raw Chocolate
  1. 1. Add cacao butter chunks or buttons in TM and blitz 10-20 secs sp 8

    2. Heat at 45deg for 10-15 mins at sp 2 or untill fully melted.

    3. Add cacao powder,honey, vanilla and salt and blend sp8 for 30seconds

    4. Pour in tray lined with baking paper for a block or in moulds as seen in pic and freeze until set.

    It would be a big help if you put the weight of the cocoa butter. Mine comes in a solid block  . . . . which ain't gonna fit in ANY cup  tmrc_emoticons.8)
