Recipe's preparation
Add Redskins, butter and condensed milk to tm bowl and cook for 10 min 100 degrees speed 2 MC off
Add chocolate melts and cook 2 min 50 degrees speed 3 or until melted and combined. MC off
pour into a slice tin lined with baking paper, let cool and then refridgerate.

Not sure where I went wrong, but the fudge was so gooey that it couldn't be cut.
This is the second time I've made it and it not setting.

Needs more explenation on the recipe BUT... I used the long redskins and after working out the hard way that they stick, I microwaved them first for a few seconds at a time until I was happy with the texture. after that it was easy to make.
Flavour is yummy and was a hit with all the males in the extended family.

depends how quickly you eat it, so yummy, I imagine it would keep for a few weeks, in fridge, cut up, and airtight, with baking paper to prevent it sticking together? Just guessing really
