If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Roast 150g of nuts in 180 degree oven for 10 minutes. Blitz remainder of nuts for 1 minute on speed 9 and set aside.
Add rice malt syrup and maple syrup and salt if desired to bowl and heat for 1 minute, 50 degrees on speed 1.
Add blitzed nuts to bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 3. Add roasted nuts and mix for 10 seconds on speed 3 "Counter-clockwise operation" or until mixed through.
Put mixture into silicone loaf pan and let set in fridge for 30 minutes before slicing.
