    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Roast 150g of nuts in 180 degree oven for 10 minutes. Blitz remainder of nuts for 1 minute on speed 9 and set aside.
    Add rice malt syrup and maple syrup and salt if desired to bowl and heat for 1 minute, 50 degrees on speed 1.
    Add blitzed nuts to bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 3. Add roasted nuts and mix for 10 seconds on speed 3 Counter-clockwise operation or until mixed through.
    Put mixture into silicone loaf pan and let set in fridge for 30 minutes before slicing.
