Super simple healthy bliss balls

Ingredients

12 piece(s)

  • 1 scoop walnuts
  • 1 scoop pitted dates, preferably Medjool
  • 1/4 scoop cacao powder
  • Desiccated Coconut, optional for rolling

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mix walnuts, dates and cacao for 30 seconds/speed 8, until crumbly and slightly sticky so that it can be rolled into balls. Do not over-mix as the nut oils will heat up and make the mixture too tough.

    Remove mixture from TM and roll into bite-size balls and enjoy this healthy treat! You can cover them in coconut if you wish.
