Superfood Seed Bar



Superfood Seed Bar

  • 175 grams rice syrup
  • 80 grams Raw tahini
  • 60 grams coconut oil, Warmed to liquid
  • 1 level teaspoons Vanilla Paste
  • 140 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 145 grams sunflower seeds
  • 75 grams Goji Berries
  • 80 grams Shredded coconut
  • 36 grams Black Sesame Seeds
  • 24 grams cacao nibs, raw
  • 24 grams Hemp Seeds
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add rice syrup, tahini, coconut oil (melted) and vanilla, blend 10 sec/speed 5.
    Place all other ingredients in a large bowl and combine.
    Add half combined ingredients to TM6 bowl, turbo 2 secs x 5.
    Add other half of combined ingredients, mix 15 secs/speed 3.5, until combined.
    Press ingredients into cling wrap lined tray 21cms x 28cms. Fold cling wrap over and press down firmly.
    Place in freezer to set for 30mins.
    Remove from the freezer and cut into pieces.
    Store in a container and keep in the freezer.
