      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. - In a bowl place the mango pieces and soak in hot water for 5 mins then drain well and set aside

  2. - Place lime zest and a approx a tablespoon of coconut into TM jug and blend 30sec/ speed 10

  3. - Add all ingredients into the jug including the mango and blend

    15 sec/ speed 9 then scrape down sides

  4. - blend again for 15 sec/ speed 9

    Repeat if needed

  5. - Roll into walnut size balls and roll in the extra coconut then place in fridge to firm up
