      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook 2mins/50c/speed 3

Tip

If you like it a bit more mousse like, put in the fridge until cooled and then insert butterfly whisk and whip for 1-2mins/speed 3

  • Hmmm... I did not have success with this recipe....

    Hmmm... I did not have success with this recipe. After the recommended cooking time the chocolate had not fully melted. Further cooking got the chocolate to melt, but I ended up with a soft chocolate ball, floating in oil. The oil kept seeping from the ganache as it cooled. All in the bin, I'm afraid.
