- 395 grams condensed milk, ( one can)
- 395 grams full cream milk. (I just pour the milk into the condensed milk can)
- 300 grams cream
- 3 level tablespoons natural vanilla extract

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Insert butterfly. Add all ingredients in TM bowl. Mix 1min sp4.
Remove butterfly. Pour into icecream churner, and churn till icecream has thickened. Or to manafactures directions.
Pour into a feezer proof icecream container of choice.
Put into freezer to set and firm up.

Tip
You can use less vanilla extract, if you prefer, but this is the reason it's called "Vanilla vanilla" icecream.
