Vegan Cashew Mango Dream

Ingredients

IceCream

  • 50 g Cashews raw
  • 2 bananas, chopped roughly and frozen
  • 2 mangos, ripe, flesh chopped roughly and frozen
  • water, small amount

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill cashews 2 -3 times for 1 sec/Closed lid/ Turbo for a coarse texture

    or

    for 10 sec/ speed 10 for a smooth icecream

     

  2. Add frozen mango and banana to bowl and churn 30 sec /speed 5. Insert butterfly and whip 30 sec /speed 3, adding a small amount of water if mix is too stiff for butterfly to turn.

     

  3. Serve as is or with your favourite topping

    This was perfect for me. May have to add vanilla paste & maple syrup or other sweetener for the big & small's weaning off of ice-cream to start with.
